The provided breakfast was delicious. We got a room with bidet. The location was excellent and favourable, near a quiet residential area and lake and restaurants and the garden where a nice breakfast is being served. Furthermore, to the old town of Sirmione.

We had a delightful two-night stay at B&B Villa Brema. the attending staff member was friendly and made us feel most welcome. Our room was impeccably clean and well-serviced throughout our stay. the substantial breakfast provided a variety of options and was a perfect start to the day. the location of the B&B was great, with Sirmione within walking distance. there was a lovely beach just 200 meters away, complete with a bar. We were particularly impressed with the host, Camilla, who was incredibly helpful and provided excellent suggestions for exploring the area. We felt like friends during our time here.
Nothing all good! 😊

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the beach on the lake, allowing for easy access to relaxing waterfront strolls. the hotel's garden is a charming spot where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in a peaceful environment. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay, while the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. the breakfast options are varied and satisfying, with fresh croissants, yogurt, and a selection of ham and cheese.
Parking can be a bit challenging for those without a car, as public transportation options are not very convenient.

Who needs a central location or a kitchen for breakfast? Not me!

Great breakfast with a variety of options and a comfortable and clean spacious room. The location was ideal for exploring the city, close to restaurants and a peaceful local beach. The host was helpful and easily reachable when needed.
Limited views from the room and the breakfast area was small with limited electrical outlets. The lack of personal interaction with the host was a downside.

The daily breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from a delicious buffet to continental and even Italian specialties. I felt like a kid in a candy store, spoilt for choice!
The property location can cause a bit of confusion. Make sure to select the SIRMIONE address on Google maps.

The suite at B&B Villa Brema was amazing! It had a cozy vibe with a touch of elegance. The electric kettle was a lifesaver for my morning coffee cravings, and the air conditioning ensured I stayed cool during the hot weather. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little world. Plus, the sofa in the suite was so comfy, it felt like a hug! As a solo traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better room.
The only thing that didn't quite match my taste was the tea/coffee maker in the double room. However, it's just my personal opinion, and others might still find it convenient.
